Bylaw 1533 Joint Preventative Social Service Programing

Council passed Bylaw 1533 Joint Preventative Social Service Programing to correspond to organizational changes to the Camrose & District FCSS Association. Details can be found in the September 26, 2023 Agenda Package linked below.

Amended Municipal Agreement for Family and Community Services Program Council approved an amended Municipal Agreement for the joint delivery of Family and Community Support Services through the Camrose & District FCSS

Economic Development Business Visits

Council supported the Economic Development Committees recommendation to conduct business visits throughout the County. This initiative aims to connect with businesses to gather information in order to provide better support for local businesses.

RMA Zone 5 Policy Feedback

Council provided feedback on the RMA Zone 5 policies.

Appointment of CAO

Council made a motion to appoint Teresa Gratrix as the CAO for Camrose County.

Tax Sale Date

Council set the Tax Sale date to be Friday, December 8, 2023 beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the Camrose County Complex. Municipalities must offer for sale at public auction any parcels of land that that have been in arrears for three or more years from the time the property went into arrears.
