Camrose County has an enterprise wide asset management program throughout all departments.  The program will promote lifecycle and risk management of all municipal assets, with the goal of achieving the lowest cost of ownership while meeting desired levels of service.

• To strengthen asset management protocols and infrastructure investment decisions through development of an Asset Management Plan
• Establish measures of condition and risk and incorporate Council’s desired levels of service

• 1 elected official (Tina Sroka)
• At least 1 member from each of the following departments: Public Works Management, ASB Management, Shop Representative, and CAO or designate
