Building and Planning Committee

Purpose

To review and evaluate the need to maintain ownership, consolidate or dispose of certain real properties as identified from time to time by the Committee, the Administration or any Councilor
To consider and investigate the requirement for major renovations, modernization, and general upgrading of certain buildings as identified from time to time by the Committee, the Administration, or any Councilor
To consider the requirement to acquire, additional real property and/or to provide additional working or storage space adjoining certain currently owned buildings as identified from time to time by the Committee, the Administration or any Councilor
