The workshop will focus on building skills and creating habits to boost overall happiness.  The course is 7 weeks long and will be hosted at the Camrose PCN West End Clinic from 7-9 pm.  There is a $20 fee for the workshop to cover the cost of the workbook however if this fee is a barrier for an individual to attend, it will be taken care.
