NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BYLAW 1583
Pursuant to Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of Camrose County
gives notice that it has given First Reading to By-law No. 1583 to amend Land Use Bylaw
No. 1541.
The purpose of this By-law is to redistrict Lot 4A, Block 5, Plan 2220032 (Pt. NE-4-44-21-4)
in Little Beaver Lake Estates from LR – Lake Resort District to CR2 – Large Lot Country
Residential District to allow for a potential hobby farm.
Anyone affected by this Amendment may make written submissions before 12:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, May 19, 2026. The Public Hearing for By-law No. 1583 will be held on Tuesday,
May 26, 2026, at 9:45 a.m. in the County Council Chambers, 3755 – 43rd Avenue, Camrose,
Alberta T4V 3S8. For individuals who wish to attend virtually, a link will be posted in the
Council Agenda package. Written submissions will be heard first, oral submissions will be
heard as time permits.
