The Pruning workshop is a free online workshop put on by Camrose County and guest speaker Toso Bozic, ISA Certified Arborist. Toso Bozic has previously hosted workshops for Camrose County and comes with 25 years of experience and has a knowledge and passion for trees, forrestry, and agro-forrestry. The workshop will cover the following topics:

• Why to prune trees, shrubs or fruits? What are the reasons to prune?
• Basic pruning techniques and myths about pruning
• Time to prune and how much
• Pruning and disposal of disease infected trees/shrubs
• When to call a professional arborist? Be aware of your liability to hire somebody.
• Choosing appropriate tools and tool sharpening
