NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BYLAW 1490

Pursuant to Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of Camrose County gives notice that it has given First Reading to By-law No. 1490 to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 1373.

The purpose of this By-law is to redistrict a portion of NW 23-46-20-W4 from A – Agricultural to DC – Direct Control. The intent is to allow the subdivision of the existing residential portion of the parcel while not allowing additional subdivision or residential development on the acreage or the remainder of the parcel.

Anyone affected by this Amendment may make written submissions before 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 1, 2021. The Public Hearing for By-law No. 1490 will be held on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the County Council Chambers, 3755 – 43rd Avenue, Camrose, Alberta T4V 3S8. Written submissions will be heard first, oral submissions will be heard as time permits.
