NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BYLAW 1492

Pursuant to Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of Camrose County gives notice that it has given First Reading to By-law No. 1492 to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 1492.

The purpose of this By-law is to redistrict Lot 14, Block 2, Plan 8021421 (SE 19-43-21-W4 – Sunset Heights) from LR – Lake Resort to A – Agricultural. The intent is to permit agricultural uses, including a greenhouse, on the property.

Anyone affected by this Amendment may make written submissions before 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 15, 2021. The Public Hearing for By-law No. 1490 will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the County Council Chambers, 3755 – 43rd Avenue, Camrose, Alberta T4V 3S8. Written submissions will be heard first, oral submissions will be heard as time permits.
