Public Hearing Bylaw 1519
Pursuant to Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of Camrose County gives notice that it has given First Reading to By-law No. 1519 to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 1373.
The purpose of this By-law is to redistrict Lot 3, Block 1, Plan 222-_____ (Pt. SE 3-46-18-4) from A – Agricultural to RCI – Rural Commercial Industrial. The intent is to update the zoning to align with the use of the property. The existing business is considered non-conforming due, as part of the subdivision process to expand the size of the lot, the operation needs to be in compliance with the Land Use Bylaw. To bring the business into compliance the property needs to be rezoned.
Anyone affected by this Amendment may make written submissions before 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 4, 2022. The Public Hearing for By-law No. 1519 will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. in the County Council Chambers, 3755 – 43rd Avenue, Camrose, Alberta T4V 3S8. Written submissions will be heard first, oral submissions will be heard as time permits.
