NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BYLAW 1531
ADD LIQUOR STORE to RURAL COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
Pursuant to Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of Camrose County gives notice that it has given First Reading to Bylaw No. 1531 to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 1373.
The purpose of this Bylaw is to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 1373 to include “Liquor Store” as a discretionary use in the RCI – Rural Commercial and Industrial District of the Land Use Bylaw and by adding a definition of Liquor Store to the Bylaw.
Anyone affected by this Amendment may make written submissions before 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 2, 2023. The Public Hearing for By-law No. 1531 will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the County Council Chambers, 3755 – 43rd Avenue, Camrose, Alberta T4V 3S8. Written submissions will be heard first, oral submissions will be heard as time permits.
