Detention Brewing is a family-owned brewery established in the former Rosalind School. The brewery is in the old gym, and the taproom is in the former science lab. They offer beers made from local malt with unique, different flavours.

Meeting Place Coffee Roasters

Meeting Place Coffee Roasters is in the historic Bashaw buildings of Whitebrush School (est 1907) and St Peter’s Anglican Church (built in 1913). Meeting Place is where people enjoy a cup of freshly roasted and brewed coffee and sample a freshly baked treat or lunch.

Back 40 Distillery makes high-quality, handcrafted, naturally flavoured spirits and liqueurs. They use Alberta Sugar Beets from Taber, Alberta, as their base ingredient and do not use grain in any of their products, which makes them 100% gluten-free.

True North Cider specializes in small-batch fermentation and unique seasonal flavours. The authentic cider is handcrafted in the heart of the prairies and made from 100% Canadian-grown apples. You can try TNC cider at their tasting room.
